      The Best Part of MCSG

      Pros

      MCSG is a rapidly growing company that requires everyone to be running at a very fast pace, innovating and bringing significantly deep thinking. To the person, I have been most impressed with the bend-over-backwards attitude with everyone willing to jump in, pick up the ball and run. There is an enormous amount of energy and enthusiasm that is infectious and will most definitely lead to a successful future. Being part of a team that strives to make each other more productive and valued is why working at MCSG is a fantastic career. Dave Mitchell has the right sight picture for balancing corporate profits with taking good care of his employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes the focus on pure profitability creates the opposite effect whereas focus on meeting customer needs creates increased business which leads to increased workload and profit.
