      Probably a good fit for a very narrow, specific type

      Pros

      -Great pay -Pretty standard benefits for nannying industry -Timely communication with agency liaisons

      Cons

      -Culture of MBF comes off as conservative/traditional which is apparent from your first orientation. -Essentially no room for non-career nannies. Really don’t even bother applying if you have a non-conventional childcare history (e.g. au pair, teacher, contract babysitter, daycare employee, etc). - You have to be ready to hold your own boundaries as a nanny, which can be difficult if you’re not a very assertive person. MBF tends to side with their clients > nannies. -Lots of passive aggressive/roundabout communication from both nanny families & the agency.

      Pros

      You are able to make your own schedule and have some flexibility. The families are also put through a background check as well so you aren't put in risky situations. It also gives you the option of being a permanent nanny or just part-time.

      Cons

      They can be disorganized when it comes to sending out conformations of your jobs. I had issues with getting paid on time which put me in a bind a few times.
