      Pros

      The work environment is professional and friendly, with no politics or drama. The HO is large, with many benefits that go along with it, such as a gym, shower, sauna, and cafeteria.

      Cons

      There are times when you need to work overtime a lot, sometimes until 4 a.m. the next day. The compensation for overtime is fixed at 100.000₫ per hour, and there’s a hard limit on how many hours of OT you can do in a year.
