The employees are at the center of everything, and management really cares about their wellbeing. The work is very various, interesting and meaningful, and I get to work with smart people on some really great projects. The work-life balance is fantastic, and the hours are very flexible. The benefits are also amazing - New retirement plan, that sounds great! And the vision care is a really nice touch. Not to mention the 7 sick days (3 personal days) and fully paid premium insurance coverage. The wellbeing surveys and HR focus groups show that Maya is really committed to making sure its employees are happy and healthy, and yoga in the office is a great way to relax and unwind during the day. Plus, monthly cake day is always a nice treat! The new office looks beautiful, and Organization that's been around for 40 years and counting.
Cons
The insurance plan does not cover massage therapy, but the rest is covered at 100%. Could have a little more communication from the management, but the all hands are always very appreciated and very interesting. I find the cons minor.

Additionally, Maya provides ample opportunities for lateral movement and promotions for those who wants. 1. Family run business. Only 3-4 top folks enjoy all perks. 2. They do not value in-house talent. Pay less salary and grant less vacation to existing employees, as compared to new joiners. They advertise higher salary for same skills but pay less to existing employees. Some employees get vacation of 2-3 weeks and some 5 weeks. 3. HR policies are weak, not at MNC level. All benefits like salary and vacation are decided on bargaining power. No uniform benefits policy for all employees.

- Work from home, work-life balance. - Good benefits plan. RRSP. - Interesting jobs. Room to grow. - Doesn't have multiple layers of management, as well as no barriers. You are free to talk to your boss's boss. - People are super friendly and helpful. - They are not only Siemens's VAR, but also develop their own products.
Cons
Their competitors are big names in the industry.
