Provide 2 days rest day for select position and departments. People are kind and easy to approach.
Cons
A good training ground for fresh graduates but not for tenure. If you are an enthusiastic individual and always eager to grow professionally, go find a company that will truly shape your potentials. Because here, they prefer outspoken employees rather than timid ones — even if you're a high performer, if you're too quiet, your skills are useless to them. The salary and benefits are quite insufficient. Imagine having to pay for HMO, while other companies are already providing it for free.
