Pros

Good benefits and opportunity for advancement if you play the game.

Cons

You have to know someone or be friends to get promoted - especially for upper management. Dealership managers are all men, and pay women less then men, even for the same job. Women are told to be nice, meanwhile men who yell, scream and swear get promoted. Dealerships are stuck in the 80s as far as how they treat women

Pros

I could expect to be paid on-time.

Cons

Luther's HR team needs to examine who they have in leadership roles. The leader in one particular area is horrible to employees, berates everyone and uses foul language consistently. He's super unprofessional and rude.
