      Pros

      A true family atmosphere. We're all part of a team throughout the thirty-something dealerships. I love seeing the growth and success of the dealership group.

      Cons

      Older employees are having a hard time keeping up with the changing times. Older, higher paid employees doing bare minimum to get by.

      Pros

      The staff is very friendly and willing too help. They offer holiday bonus. The job was close to my home.

      Cons

      Management team was very poor from the GM down to department managers. Company politics were always happening which made favorites. Pay was below industry level and benefits were subpar.
