      Pros

      -Fair pay (lower than standard) and PTO -Work Independently/Not much micromanaging -Coworkers supportive -Fair monthly and quarterly goals

      Cons

      -Executive managment is biggest issue -Still feels like it's ran from China/Tied into Dahua or another Chinese manufacturer and trying to re-package in Taiwan -Product is no longer competitive like it was with Dahua before 2020 and NDAA.

      Work life balance? Some colleagues are friendly, Not too much pros

      Cons

      Be careful with their HR, they're stingy and don't want spend any resourece on their workers. You may not get any bonus or overtime pay because your contract is different with others. BTW, many workers here has connections with the management, and they will not receive unfair treatment. Having an ambiguous relationship with Dahua, and continue to sell their products; new products are of poor quality; leadership is lacking—they only pressure frontline employees to solve problems without ever exploring the root causes.

      None. Chinese company pretending to be Taiwanese made to get around regulations.

      Cons

      Lack of communications. Unrealistic Sales Goals. Toxic work environment.
