Pros
- LoopUp is highly inclusive and management on all levels make themselves extremely approachable. - They are ever evolving to keep up with market needs and keep employees fully engaged on what’s coming. - Being remote is no issue so employees can work from anywhere.
Cons
- It would be nice to meet with colleagues in person occasionally but that’s a remote work downside rather than a company fault.
