Pros

- Growing startup, so there are plenty of challenging and interesting problems to work on. - Complete ownership is expected and encouraged. - There are almost zero hierarchical barriers, so plenty of opportunities to interact and learn from anyone in the company. - Flexible work environment - Startup environment. So, you are expected and encouraged to take full ownership of the projects assigned to you.

Cons

- Nothing major with respect to how most companies operate in general. - This is subjective, but people here either leave early or stay long. Very few people leave after completing 1 year here. So, you could say that the culture is opinionated.

Pros

Every day here feels meaningful. The vision is clear, and it’s exciting to be part of something that’s growing so fast. Helping merchants in the e-commerce space is genuinely rewarding - you get to see the direct impact of your work on their business. People around you are supportive, open, and always ready to help, which makes even the busiest days feel lighter. You get space to try new ideas, improve processes, and actually see them make a difference.

Cons

Fast feedback means your work ships quickly… and then you’re asked for the next big thing. Data is everywhere; you’ll catch yourself quoting metrics in casual chats. Process gaps turn into blank canvases - you’ll want to paint. New asks, requirements, tools, etc keep showing up; your skills won’t sit still. Merchant stories will land in your DMs and make your day. Public shout-outs are common; get used to your name in the wins channel. Clear priorities make focus easy - no hiding behind chaos. Long-term ownership means your work actually matters. It’s addictive. You’ll see the company level up week by week, which raises your own bar. The problems are real and worth solving - you’ll think about them in the shower.
