      Pros

      You feel like a genius, because the owner and most people around you there, are not very bright.

      Cons

      Empty promises of pay rise, old equipment, outdated programs, does not listen to advice for new ideas, techniques etc... They do not work in the clients best interest, seems they only porpoise of their job is to fulfil their giant ego.

      Pros

      The people are great. There is not a single ego in the office. It's all very collaborative and work itself is so much fun. Can't say enough about how grateful I was to have the chance to work with these people

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any. It was such a good experience.
