Longhurst Group is a great company to work with. The work environment is really good. Managers and colleagues are very supportive and carry out regular team meetings to ensure that job role is understood properly and targets are being achieved. Customer satisfaction is given priority which may mean that answering queries on the phone, via email and in person can be time consuming, but is still given importance and is expected to be carried out professionally. I personally enjoyed working for the company so much that is hard to state any cons.
