      No pto, forced to make up holiday. Fascist environment.

      Pros

      Fun Atmosphere sometimes when managers are not manipulating the leads. Weekly pay.

      Cons

      To breakeven in comparison to other jobs, you might have to work more than 40 hours a week and Saturdays. Will suck newbies in by giving better leads to them, then once they got you, later manipulate your leads if your not brown nosing. Commissions only and lots of angry customers because the did not receive their newspaper.
