Pros

Determined generation of bright employees who keep positivity in the midst of turmoil and disrespect.

Cons

Horrible leadership who do not care about anyone but themselves. One race of leadership, all men who dictate and have zero respect for anyone. "Typical".It is funny how a motto of the company is "be present" yet when an employee tries to speak to any of the narcissistic dictators in meetings they are too busy looking at their phones, talking over everyone, barking out orders to ever listen. There is absolutely Zero respect to anyone else. As previous reviews had mentioned the CEOs best friend who is an absolute disaster and space-holder in the company.has gone from one position to the next ruining every single position into the ground. He runs around cursing and saying racist and disgusting comments to the point where it makes any and every person cringe to be around him. However not one thing has been done about this offensive person and if it was anyone else they would have been gone. He has no executive qualifications and is the largest irritation and disruption. There is not another person in the office who trusts or respects him. He is sorely tolerated only because people know he will run and tattle to daddy if he does not get his way and it is pathetic. There have been numerous times where he has used his private relationship with the CEO to sell lies and untruths just to get his way. He is smoke and mirrors in anything that comes from his mouth is bull.Any conference that we have been to with him he is sweating, running around causing arguments with conference staff and has repeatedly intoduced himself as the Founder of the company. He is one of the most disagreeable human beings to have to work with. He is the definition of wasted space by way of friendship at a company. How can one person could ruin so many positions and still have a well-paying job any company. The executives plug employees for "the know"and are only consistent in pointing fingers when they are to blame from their poor decision making. The obviousness of holding one or two "token" females is pathetic. This places is a modern day sweatshop.

Pros

old management was great, and somehow the crappy upper-upper management outlived them; the platform is pretty unique

Cons

founding execs are terrible, they force people out with lies and deceit aimed to make themselves look good and leave others with tainted reputations

Pros

There are a lot of really talented, driven, smart people that are fun to work with and keep the company running. HR has significantly improved the hiring and mid year review processes and they host a lot of fun events. There are daily healthy snacks, beer and wine on tap, and a cool office space that is in a great location.

Cons

Don't get me wrong, perks are great. But when it comes down to it, the perks simply don't make up for extremely poor management, constant reorgs, lack of diversity, and favoritism. It seems as if leadership is making more of an effort to listen to their employees recently but there is very little action that comes as a result. It's gotten to the point where people don't even bother complaining because what's the point of saying something that's already been said 1000 times before. I would not recommend this as a first job to anyone coming straight out of college as the second you start to get the hang of things your role will likely change because of a reorg.
