      None. This place is a dumpster fire.

      Cons

      There's nobody left to lay off. The "old boys club" is too lazy and entrenched and feeling safe to make any necessary changes to the product and culture. If you're part of "the popular crowd" you're safe even if you add no value. This company had been coasting for a long time and now their lack of strategy, poorly built product, and ineffective marketing, has come back to haunt them by creating a company with poor morale and tons of layoffs.
