Absolutely nothing that I can think of.
Cons
All of it- management is by the far worst. They just like to hear themselves talk and be right. Having 2 managers like that makes for a miserable and very messy work place. Everyone is miserable and growth is not a thing Linkdex is familiar with. This is where the soul dies.
