Horrible autocratic bully culture, shocking IT systems, no HR personnel in Ireland for over a year, company does not care about employees and tries to device them at every juncture.

Had an ok base salary but that’s no longer the case

Cons

Toxic atmosphere. Complete blame culture from the top down. There is no training provided and inadequate IT. There is no hr in Ireland so management effectively go unchecked in their treatment of staff. Little to no progression opportunities and the bonus that you’ll be told about in your interview does not exist!
