      Deteriorated rapidly from poor to ugly...

      Pros

      It is very difficult to write anything positive, however Glassdoor requires that reviewers put a minimum of 20 words. Linestream Technologies is a truly unique place, in every possible negative sense of that word. It is a place to work...the best one can put.

      Cons

      - Mobbing, harassment, intimidation - No sense of urgency or direction - No business acumen or plans - Absence of disruptive technologies or ideas - No practical know-how or experience - Start-up company with 9-5 mentality (especially the management)

      Clueless management and failing business

      Pros

      It can be considered a good source of a studying lab rather than a company. It is a rich kid's 'toy-company' that started as a spin-off from CSA University. Either way, it is a learning experience for the CEO to play and squander someone else's money. Eight years of existence and zero results and no profit whatsoever.

      Cons

      The CEO and CTO of the company are the least professional people that I have ever worked with. The Company (if I dare call this a company) is surviving solely on state grants, bridging loans and nothing else. The place is a wasteland of grandiose ideas and dreams deemed for failure without any true purpose. Pay is horrible, benefits are almost non-existent, local office is a dump and management is a bunch of wannabes and yahoos.

      Pros

      Young aspiring people. Interesting idea, but very poor execution. Solid funding (at least at the beginning). A unique opportunity in Cleveland. Decent pay and benefits. Equity in form of stock options.

      Cons

      Young pretentious over-hyped people without experience, track record, meaningful ideas or goals (except to get rich with a minimum work and effort). CEO is one of the most narcissistic, manipulative, dishonest, unethical and vapid people that I have ever met. If you want to be hired, harassed, and lied to then - join this place. Endless broken promises and lies about in-existent partnerships, growth, customers, fund raising, equity and acquisitions have become an everyday practice. Shrewd investors should walk away from this place immediately after having just a brief conversation with this guy (and most of them did). Now the company is in doldrums and the end is close. Values and culture are just on posters and nowhere else.
