      Good pay, laid back environment on nights

      The ones who were on supervisor duty just sat around the whole shift watching their phones and couldn't be bothered to help fix things, was always day shifts problem

      Pros

      Free Money for work clothing and boots. Discounted discounted four tons of pellets a year. New green employees walking in the door you're going to be making more money than employees that have worked there for years. In some cases.

      Cons

      Safety could be a lot better. I mean the roof is falling in and no one from corporate cares. Too many preventable fires. You sweat in the summer. Some areas working temperatures reach highs around 120° You freeze in the winter because there is zero heat in the warehouse and there's giant holes in the roof. What roof is left leaks.
