Pros

You will definitely learn a life time experience here by dealing such a creep managment.

Cons

They hire people and make them believe that they really had a great vision in the life . But then within few months you realise you are trapped .. for like six month you work like hell and suddenly they fired you by saying and tell you we have a lala setup . We don't care about taxes and all.

I have been working at Suraasa as a sales executive for a few months now, and I must say the management is super supportive. They really listen to your concerns and help with anything you need. I feel like there’s a lot of growth opportunity here. From the start, I was given chances to learn new skills and take on more responsiblities. It’s a place where your work is noticed and they encourage you to do better every day. It’s not always easy, but the positive environment and the guidance from the team makes it worth it.
