Pros

Established, clean code and well-fitted agile philosophy. Management is friendly and helpful. I had to give 5 stars because I really had no complaints about working here.

Cons

Some say it's a fast paced (hectic) workload. That was not my experience. It was never overwhelming.

-Excellent managers -Very supportive coworkers -Great work–life balance -They genuinely care about employees, you don’t feel like just a number; you feel part of something meaningful and positive

Cons

It’s a startup, so sometimes it can be a bit chaotic, but even during the hardest times, I never felt burned out. Instead, it felt motivating to keep going, and I always felt supported by the company to thrive and do better.
