Respect. Fellow reviewers, TLs, PMs, case team attorneys, always respect the reviewers. It is a true team atmosphere, in center, and now remotely. AND, they pay you well, and will gradually increase with experience. Benefits are available after working a certain number of hours.

Some downtimes. There is a cap in hourly pay for reviewers.
