It's great working from home.

My boss is the most useless and incompetent person I've ever had the misfortune to work for with their only discernible talent being the ability to suck the joy out of every room they enter. An extremely unlikeable excuse for a human being.

There are some nice people who work there.

Cons

Too many to mention but - management is hypocritical. Staff can be fired for being drunk in work yet there's a beer fridge that gets opened and I've seen people drinking wine and beer while conducting calls. They ask students to write reviews on Trustpilot before they've even started the course. That's why their rating is so high on that site. They also use Trustpilot because it's the only website that allows a company to remove negative reviews.
