I have worked at LearnLux for over 3 years during college and post graduation on the business and product development side. Working at LearnLux has been an incredible experience for me as it provided plenty of growth and learning opportunities through hands-on learning, autonomy over my own projects and close exposure into a highly energetic growth startup. The founders, Michael and Rebecca, were always willing to take the time to provide mentorship and guidance whenever the team needed one. In addition, they have huge trust towards the team members, which really pushed us to bring out our best. LearnLux has a culture of steep learning, supporting one's independence and instilling trust. Each and everyday at the office always had something for me to learn and laugh at. Lastly, the snacks and drinks are awesome!
Cons
Not all the employees work from the office or are in the same time zone. So be prepared to have extra strong communication skills to collaborate across the team.
