Pros

Multi cultural companie so you get to know people from several backgrounds

Cons

To put in simple words, this company is a body shop, they treat developers as expendable commodities, they call their employees warriors, which is a very good analogy because this company DOES expect you to work yourself to death to please their clients. Don't expect to grow here, expect to be used and discarded when they can't profit from you anymore. Upon taking a job there you can expect: To be lied to in every single opportunity To be hired at a lower seniority than you actually deserve and to be sold as seniors and experts to their clients To have all promises you received upon hiring shamelessly retracted To be forced to sign a very aggressive contract with unpleasant anti-competitive clauses To be gaslighted and abused by their god awful growth department when you think you deserve a raise To see people with friends in the right places get promotions and raises easily To work weekends, nights and whatever hours that fit the clients demands To handle very incompetent managers who are actually glorified sales people that create more problems for their teams than they actually solve I could go on, if after reading this you think this ok after hearing their shining new offer, good luck I hope you have a better experience.

Pros

Good benefits such as premium health care for you and your partner

Cons

Unfortunately, the promises made during the recruitment process did not align with the reality of the role. Despite assurances of growth opportunities and regular salary reviews, these commitments were not fulfilled. Advancement within the organization seemed to depend on working at the company's offices and fostering close relationships with senior leadership. Furthermore, there seemed to be a lack of experience in operations management, resulting in decisions that negatively impacted both the operations and client relationships. The absence of leadership skills was evident, along with unprofessional behavior such as harassment and overly critical feedback. The management of the growth department was also inadequate, with instances of reprimanding and harassment directed towards team members who were not directly supervised. Communication regarding salary increases was often impolite, with statements like "we have no money, deal with it." The compensation provided fell below market standards, and employees were expected to accept any assigned tasks, regardless of their job scope, leading to an excessive workload. Moreover, there were instances of gender discrimination, as the company displayed a clear preference for hiring only women for management roles. This biased attitude was repeatedly expressed. The offboarding process was also hostile, with employees facing blame for their decision to leave the company. Overall, the experience was unfavorable.

Pros

Good enviroment because of your coworkers.

Cons

Super disorganized, processes are not clear. Aparently direct order go over general quality management systems manuals when they feel like it, they just fire you with no explanation, everyone (even your direct boss) ghosts you when asking why. Totally unrespectfull of your time and efforts. No improvement opportunities or feedback. Is a company based on if you are friend of the boses, managers and CEO that ridiculously clear in management.
