Made some friends and had some good lectures

Really expensive to participate, there is low/no pay for most interns and too much to do in the schedule every day

Pros
Leadership Initiatives puts great effort into making sure all staff are cared for and respected. There is never a moment when you feel you are unable to talk to someone or place your input which is invaluable for a company in my opinion.
Cons
There are no cons to working here that I have recognized yet. At points, there can be a slower response time, but all of your questions always get answered.
