      RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK

      Pros

      there is almost nothing. a few decent person who are really trying to make an effort but overall, a nightmare.

      Cons

      There are multiple bosses, you don't even know who to report. Every process is slow. You have to get approval from different persons, for even the smallest tasks and EACH ONE OF THEM WANT EVERYTHING TO BE FITTED TO THEIR OWN TERMS AND CHOICES. You can find your self doing some other departments job. You are not valued even if you work really hard, and perceived as slave or chatgpt. Middle management is terrible, (not all, some) they are not capable in their areas. The salary is way way below the industry range. If you are good with the bosses, you are safe (even if you are not doing anything.) People are favored unfairly, and there is a clear lack of equal treatment. Employee dissatisfaction is not taken seriously. Some hiring decisions do not seem to prioritize qualifications or competence. also there is an incredible amount of lying to the employees. I don't event get why..
