Pros
Terrific work life balance. Plenty of job flexibility. Lots of opportunities to try work in new fields. Well respected in their niche.
Cons
If you are a workaholic and enjoy long hours it can be at times very laid back. While they do a good job not overworking employees this can sometimes lead to periods of minimal work.

- Challenging, intellectually stimulating projects - Very good pay and benefits - Bright, talented (yet down-to-earth) colleagues - Strong leadership team - Flexible with respect to working hours and requested time off - Excellent company culture as a whole (e.g., employees expected to be responsible for their own work without being micromanaged; a distinct lack of me-first/self-promoter types)
Cons
- Although LRCA actively promotes work-life balance, a handful of positions are best suited for individuals who don't expect each/every week to be 40 hours long.
