      Remote working is it's best pro.

      Cons

      The working environment has become significantly challenging. While this used to be a genuinely great place to work, the culture has fundamentally shifted. There is a palpable feeling of toxicity that now pervades the organization, characterized primarily by excessive finger-pointing and a blame-focused culture. This atmosphere actively undermines collaboration, stifles innovation, and has caused substantial decline in overall employee morale. The company has recently faced high-level attrition of key talent. Compounding this issue, the remaining leadership structure is often managed by individuals who appear to lack the requisite experience or strategic vision for their roles

      Toxic Work Environment with constant Layoffs (sinking ship)

      -Some talented and hardworking people still remain (for now). -Remote work flexibility.

      Cons

      -Constant reorgs leading to layoffs—how many times does leadership need to “restructure” before they get it right? It’s clear they have no real strategy. - Marketing leadership, especially the CMO, is out of touch, incompetent, and ineffective. Nepotism is real with her, she only hires her people from previous companies and gets rid of everyone else. - Leadership has failed to take the security breach seriously. Instead of real accountability and change, they downplay its impact and move on. - Product innovation is nonexistent. No meaningful updates, just the same stale features while competitors move ahead. - They keep hiring expensive VPs while cutting individual contributors and lower-level staff. The people actually doing the work are the ones paying the price.
