      OK place to work, but management needs to have better standards and control.

      Pros

      Decent benefits for a small company (though they change often) Casual & flexible work environment Most employees are easy to get along with

      Cons

      Promotions / reviews/ raises are few and far between. Pay is OK, but on the low side for the market. Work can be repetitive Management has to regain quality control & product direction

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, flexible schedule (although they do manage your time off and vacation closely). Not a lot of meetings, conference calls or much travel.

      Cons

      Personal efforts sometimes goes unnoticed. Many times the projects don't even get utilized. Outside of manufacturing they are not very organized Outside sales reps are not held accountable in any way. It is basically an engineering driven company with a few people directing the products and the company as a whole . They where market leaders at one time but do not differentiate themselves much in the market. Most of their products work well although some products are pieced together and difficult to represent.
