      Great product range, great quality and great brand recognition in the market.

      Cons

      Terrible career progression, constantly changing structures to feed the pockets of the SMT, and high turnover of staff due to lack of progression and leadership

      work is challenging given the opportunity to think outside the box co-workers were hard working and fun to be around comfortable environment flexibility in schedule good benefits package

      outdated technology takes to long for decisions to be made
