Pros

Some very decent people work there. Shop employees were good people for the most part.

Cons

Higher up the chain folks are not there for their employees. They couldn’t care less and everyone is replaceable in a heartbeat. If you’re a kiss up, good liar or sleep with higher ups, you can screw up and nothing happens to you. I’ve seen managers come to work hungover or even admitting they were still drunk from the night before. They love good eye candy there. If you’re older and don’t kiss someone behind, they find ways to get rid of you. Zero respect, zero empathy. Cheap, cheap and cheaper. Unless you’re in Sales and then they allow insane spending on entertainment. IT is overworked. They don’t value skill or experience. If you can talk a bunch of bs and kiss the managers behinds, but so very little actual work, than you are director material. Compensation sucks. Scheduling and manufacturing is so overwhelmed and behind. CEO makes very poor business decisions and does NOT value his employees whatsoever. He would rather buy an airplane, luxury yacht and a Tesla, than take care of those that are supporting his company. Retired or sick employees are treated like yesterday’s garbage. HR is a joke.

Pros

Dress code very relaxed. Front desk friendly. Some coworkers are genuinely hardworking, honest people. Was great when owned by Pat Lancaster. Took a dive once Jim took over.

Cons

Management only has their own interests at hand. Backstabbing on a daily. Too much personal gossip. Don’t make a complaint about anyone or anything to HR. They don’t care about loyalty or helping employees move up the corporate ladder pay is way below market average. There is a pay scale ceiling. Once you hit the top of this “ceiling”, you won’t see anymore raises. Part time employees, even working 30+ hours per week do not get company bonuses, no paid time off. Only 40 hr work week employees get bonuses and vacation/holiday pay. Management lies and shares employees personal information with other coworkers. A lot of cheating and sleeping around.
