Pros

-Good launching pad for future jobs in staffing/recruiting.

Cons

Honestly was not gonna make a bad review until recent stuff popped up. I was nothing but good vibes for this company and all they did was F me over in return. I left 2 WEEKS AFTER Q2 ENDED, (mind you 1Q= 3 months of work) and they told me they would not pay me a single dime in commissions because "I wasn't an employee at the time of pay out". Unreal. They made all of that up after b/c I left for a better company and they wanted to be cheap about it. To begin with, they should have been paying us every other week in commissions, let alone I worked my butt off for an entire quarter during covid where it was a impossible to recruit, only to get screwed right back in the butt by them. Most staffing companies pay commissions biweekly. Such a scam. -Repetitive as heck, you are making the same exact phone call 100 times a day. -The type of recruiting sucks cuz the temp workers don't care about you so its all about numbers and easy to get sucked into the grind. They will lie to your face about why they cant make an interview, hang up on calls on the time, etc. -Low base pay -They will talk about opportunity to grow but that's just to keep you around. -You are always having to fire people

Worst Company

Pros

Hybrid, and that's literally it.

Cons

This job wrecked my mental health. Easily the worst burnout I’ve ever experienced. Here’s everything they don’t tell you: You’re expected to work late every single day. Hitting your quota is the only way you’re allowed to leave, even if you have plans. Don’t expect to have a life outside of this job. Management pins recruiters against each other constantly. It creates a toxic, cutthroat environment that makes collaboration basically impossible. If you have a doctor’s appointment or need time off, you’re expected to make up every minute you miss. Zero flexibility. They track your call logs obsessively. If you’re not making calls every few minutes, you get publicly called out or ridiculed. The quotas are unrealistic, and the pressure is nonstop. You’re told you can’t leave for the day until you hit them, no matter how long it takes. The compensation structure is a scam. If you don’t hit every specific target, you get nothing — and they’ll act like it’s achievable, even though it’s set up to be nearly impossible. Commissions are paid out one to two months late, and if you leave or get fired (which happens a lot), you lose everything you’ve earned that hasn’t paid out yet. If you try to leave — even after performing well — you’ll be told you’re not a team player. They love guilt tripping. They send out daily rankings in group chats to shame people who aren’t hitting their numbers. It’s a tactic to humiliate you in hopes it motivates you to do better. Upper management makes female employees uncomfortable. There were several moments that crossed a line, and no one did anything about it. HR is a part of the problem. If you have an off week, expect a performance improvement plan. I watched a ton of people get pushed out this way. Feedback isn’t welcome. If you speak up or question anything, you’re immediately labeled hostile and penalized for it. They'll even ask you for feedback and create the illusion of a safe space just to use your words against you later on. The tools you’re given are so limited that you end up calling the same applicants 3–4 times a day. It feels invasive and inappropriate. They run interviews for jobs that don’t exist, very shady. Constant cycle of layoffs then new hires right after — makes no sense and provides zero stability. In the interview process, they'll sell you on the dream of easy upward mobility and opportunities. The next role comes with maybe a $5k bump — and twice the workload. A lot of people choose to stay put, and upper management labels them as lazy or unmotivated for not wanting to take on more for less. You need permission to stop working. If you log off or step away without approval, you’re penalized. It felt like a sweatshop or a prison. After being here a year, I never met another recruiter who was happy. The positive reviews on here, I suspect, are upper management who were asked to leave positive reviews. They will stop at nothing to hide what they do here. Don’t waste your time here. If you have any respect for your mental health, your personal life, or your self-worth, steer clear. This place drains you, pits you against your coworkers, burns you out, and leaves you with nothing but broken promises and empty pockets. You’ll be worked to the bone with no remorse, and when you finally hit a breaking point, they’ll act like it’s your fault. This job is a dead-end trap that’ll take everything from you and give you nothing in return.

Terrible Company!!

Pros

* the recruiters there were nice.

Cons

Probably the WORST company I’ve had the displeasure of working with. Management could care less about you as an employee, and the boss of the company is completely degrading. Management promised things during the interview process and never followed through with ANYTHING. They care more about filling their fridges with beer than paying their employees a decent wage. They do not care about their employees that help make them money and management COMPLETELY overworks those that are in entry-level positions. There’s no room for advancement, and there is 0 work-life balance. Employees are tracked throughout the day on where they are and what they are doing. Management does not let you leave even for personal reasonings during the work day. If you are seeking a position working as a Recruiter, please save yourself the time and steer clear of this company.
