Pros
The opportunity to learn and grow is robust. You can raise your hand and get involved, no matter what it may be. You have a voice, and it matters. You get to have Worklife balance and the leave offered is a huge benefit.
Cons
I have to think hard about this one. I would say a con would be as it would be coming to any new company, the learning curve of learning new terminology and learning the business.
