      Pros

      The people. Everyone I've worked with has been wonderful to me since day one. There were a few bad apples, but where doesn't that happen? My current supervisor is amazing. I respect her approach to handling tough situations. Quarterly incentives.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit better and raises could be a bit higher as well. The health insurance plans are a bit steep.
