Pros

Amazing perks Genuine interest in the contributions/ideas of every employee Very modern approach to business - unlike anywhere else I have ever worked Fantastic facilities at the National Tennis Centre Great 'buzz' of excitment in the air most of the time

Cons

Quite a small organisation so not much room to advance professionally unless you are in a tennis specific/tennis facing role. National Tennis Centre in London's location - Priory Lane not serviced by public transport = long walks in the dark during winter to/from Upper Richmond Road for the bus, or Barnes station to get the train.
