      Growing and well organized business, transparent governance with clear Global values, nice and trained staff, matrix organizational structure with normal control from headquarter

      Unprofessional, personal interest based decisions of manager when hiring, adapting and evaluating key team members. Employee was “asked to leave” a company after 1 month based on personal feelings of manager, at the same time employee’s professional expertise and experience were not taking into account.
