      It’s decent but boring

      Very Flexible, Not micromanaged. Pay can be good if you hit bonus

      Cons

      It can get very boring If you don’t hit bonus then the pay is terrible

      As an Ad Sales Executive, we’re glad to see that the work assignments are flexible & open to the direction and effort you want to put in. Our bonus and incentive plans are built to reward that effort! If you’re finding the assignments boring, your manager can give you some alternative sales campaigns to work on and add a different geographic region, market, or specialty to break up the day.

In addition to our quarterly All Hands meetings and the postings each quarter of the goals we have for the company, we encourage our managers to meet 1 on 1 regularly, and to use those meetings to review any concerns – specifically those around pay and benefits.
