Cons
I'm not sure about my position in this company.So Employ status is by default. There is no much briefing and strategy for new joiners. There should be a proper training team.Lack of warm welcome. All great companies have a welcoming environment. For new joiners its confusion. I myself have worked has a trainer and the way Teabox is growing, I thing it should make a lasting impression on its fellow colleagues as well. Without loyal employees the company may or may not do very well. A satisfied employee will always work harder and better. Im too new to judge but these are my observation as of now.
