I have been with the LMP Group since 2016. I have had the opportunity to grow into my role exponentially since I have started whilst receiving relevant support advice and guidance from colleagues, managers and directors on a daily basis. The company has allowed me to develop my skills and experience within the sector and push myself to achieve my goals. The leadership team is approachable and willing to support both on a work and personal level. Processes and procedures are clear and are reviewed consistently in line with our business strategy. Over the past 2 years we have invested in data and systems to increase efficiencies across the whole group.
