Cons
1. The owner contaminates his own equipment and loses parts. Afterwards, he leaves his employees to clean and repair the items, and yells at them about their resulting productivity loss. 2. The owner demonstrates an extremely low understanding of chemical safety, specifically regarding handling of highly pyrophoric reagents. Bottles thereof are left in open atmosphere. Evidence of major fires is also clear in parts of the lab. 3. There is no management structure for documentation of prior synthetic work. You're own your own, baby. Each experiment is a new one. 4. There is no awareness that lab journals which document completed manufacturing procedures should be signed off by a supervisor. 5. Quality control - in terms of analysis of product purity - consists of confused and swapped samples. 6. There is an extremely toxic work environment at this company.
