Easy work, getting to know the residents is fun, the boss for the kitchen is awesome.

Cons

Pay is pretty low, turn over rate is high, kitchen needs updated at the location.

Love the people I work with and the benefits are great.

Cons

Higher Management has no idea what they are doing. Most have never worked in BH or an ER. They don't ask for advice and just do what they think is best, which most of the time is not helpful. Still the lowest paid hospital in the area.
