Not sure anymore. Customers are actually very nice.

Pretty much everything. I was incredibly unhappy.

Pros

A potentially casual, pleasant atmosphere, with opportunity to have good relationships working alongside others, learn new things and advance in the company. Adequate paid vacation.

Cons

Unprofessional disrespectful behaviors. Lack of clear policies and lack of opportunity for review of coworkers or management. Inconsistent lack of punishment of management employees who consistently fail to show up on time. Management rewarded for not being involved or available enough for tellers' needs. Expectation of employees to know what to do without proper training procedures.

Most of the co workers don't suck and know what they're doing.

Cons

Under paid. Under valued. Almost always short staffed and having to work without lunch breaks.
