      Pros

      Its backed as a multinational & out of Japan. Its solid & not going anywhere & you will get your check.

      Cons

      You will wish it was going somewhere as they feel they are doing you a favor by employing you. Do not get stuck here unless you are a dispassionate person who likes to take orders from others while being under-appreciated & under paid. There is also an overall condescension throughout management that is completely at odds with the mandatory Philosophy classes you have to take (yep).

      Young engineers stay away

      Have some form of training for engineers, including six sigma training although is very slow and not as rigorous

      Cons

      Young people with aspirations to learn and grow should STAY AWAY. There is a high turnover rate among process engineers here. Management is very condescending and demeaning and could suck the positivity of any young engineer who wishes to start their career. Pay is also not competitive especially considering management expectations to work 10 hrs per day.

      Very stable software company if you want to get paid while you do nothing

      Stable job. No fear of layoff. No one works hard, and you don't have to, so that the work-life balance is good. Guaranteed annual bonus.

      Cons

      Work shift. 8AM-5PM, 8:30AM-5:30PM, or 9AM-5PM. You must be on time and can't leave the office early. Worship the founder like a religious cult. The employees are not paid well, so they tend to fight due to the frustration. Racially divided. This company is located in infamous bad neighborhood called Concord, California.
