It's a pretty great job where you have an understanding boss and a flexible schedule. Every day is different and exciting due to all the varied interactions you get to have with the students. It a great gateway into teaching, if that's your passion.
Cons
If you don't enjoy being around kids, this may not be the job for you.

Boss was very unprofessional. Didn’t inform me that I had to come 15 minutes earlier. When I came for trial teaching, only showed me where the material is and goes back to her lesson. Didn’t really brief me or the students what to do. I was really confused. Ask me to do a mock up artwork but ended up didn’t teach cause students weren’t interested.
