This company has one the worst turnover rates I've ever seen in the industry, lost nearly 25% of their workforce in a year and HR presented this as good news at the end of the year recap, since it was slightly less than the previous year.
Management is clueless about the needs of their employees and 1-on-1 feel like a waste of time. There is a culture of bootlickers and if you don't fit in this mindset, you quickly get less interesting career perspectives. Some star players who don't actually are that competent get the best projects and younger staff gets thrown under the bus when something goes bad.
I saw many skilled workers get in and out in less than a year because of how badly projects are managed. They impose a lot of DEI and such trainings, but do not apply these principles much.
No place for innovation, specialists easily get bored because most of what they offer is reselling other companies' data products and new ideas aren't welcome. Mostly because they are always behind a schedule set by the objective of a greedy CEO.
Salary is sub-par and increases are below inflation.
They promised 4 days (32h) work weeks for two years to end up enforcing 34 hours/week. Most people end up having to work on fridays anyway because they have obligations that prevent them from reaching the required amount of hours in 4 days.
Stepping-stone job, at best. It's a good place to understand dynamics of a toxic corporate wanna be business.
