Pros

Good Product and good sales people (who are constantly micro managed)

Cons

No fresh ideas from upper management. Numerous mechanisms to deny commissions. Never delivering on promises. Micro management. Management never leads by example they merely populate spreadsheets. Management is toxic and demotivating. You must be white, male , old and fat to advance. Dog sled corporate structure i.e sniff the dog's back side in front of you.

Pros

There is nothing I can say that is a pro. If you get a good manager maybe you might have a chance to not want to quit immediately.

Cons

This company is run so poorly. They flat out lie to you about everything. They promised full training. I was not trained because too many people quit, so they eliminated training. Managers lie to you about everything. When something is going wrong my manager said it's the sales teams fault. When it's good the manager takes all the credit. They give you 0 tools to succeed. You must be a drone. This is a miserable environment to work at. Lies! Lies! Lies!

Pros

There really are no Pros to working here.

Cons

The managers are dishonest, manipulative, self-centered, uncaring and unhelpful. The low-level managers are morons with very little technical skills, and that only gets worse as you go up the chain of command. They don’t listen to people with real skills, so their decisions are impetuous, and mainly based on office politics, personal gain, or spite. The engineers, for lack of real skills, will often try to make their peers look bad, in order to make themselves look good. Employees often back-stab each other, and this kind of behavior is not only condoned by the managers, but actually encouraged. Managers often have to scapegoat an employee to cover their own ineptitude. This review is mainly in reference to the San Mateo office, but the culture of corruption is spread throughout the entire organization. Practically every employee, in every department, supports this corruption for either personal gain or self-preservation. The company’s stated core values (Open and honest, Accountable, Inclusive and collaborative,…) would be a joke, except that it’s pathetic how hypocritical the employees are.
