Pros
The only thing good about the company is that the salary is on time.
Cons
They treat people like slaves. They expect them to finish unreasonable amount of work. If you don't finish, you are made to feel like you are unworthy. The supervisor and team leads do not give animation directions as they seem to lack sensibilities. The only thing they are good at is building a high pressure environment which the CEO wants. I feel the leads and supervisors are so scared of the CEO and are also afraid to look for better opportunities to grow. It's all a mind game from the CEO, he is great at that. He is a shrewd business man. People stay back long hours and if you don't then you are told that you are not giving your 100%.
