Knoll has a strong design culture and a genuine respect for quality and craft. The people are collaborative, thoughtful, and generally very good at what they do. There’s a real sense of heritage in the brand.

Cons

As with many established design brands, innovation is a little lacking.

Cons

Not being part of legacy Herman Miller or located in Grand Rapids, will cause you to be easily forgotten.
