      Sometimes there was free cake for birthdays

      Cons

      Different set of rules for everyone, no managerial support, no perks, incentives or social events, they work you to the bone 5 days a week with nothing to show for it except maybe a 25 cent raise...if you're lucky. Moral is super low and everyone wants to leave. I did and now my only regret is that I didn't leave sooner.

      Friendly people, work/life balance, little supervision

      Cons

      Shareholders hire family and friends, big emphasis on business development which is hard to get if you are not a shareholder, little supervision. Upper management seems to lack experience
